My roommate and I have a lease that ends on 5/31 but are both moving before then and are looking for someone to take over the remainder of the lease. I have confirmed with the landlord that you will also be able to sign on for a full year (through 5/31/18) at the same rental price ($3895). This posting is for the entire apartment, so you will get to move into an empty place. This is a very large unit in a luxury doorman building on E 39 St between 1st and 2nd Ave. The unit has a very large living room that is great for hosting, a balcony, and two bedrooms which can both easily accommodate queen sized beds (master can hold a king with plenty of room). There are 1.5 bathrooms, a renovated kitchen, and lots of closet space. It's very accessible as well, with five nearby subway lines (4,5,6,7,S), Grand Central, and numerous bus lines. It is truly a steal and we'd like to stay but have other obligations that are making it impossible.
