The building + apartment itself is absolutely amazing. This is a luxury apartment building in Prime North Williamsburg. The great thing about this building is that it is fairly small (only 7 floors) and there is a community feel. There will be events, wine nights and random things that happen on holidays or once a month. I am only moving since I will be traveling a lot in the fall and am planning to move out of NYC!

Its one block from McCarren Park, 6 minute walk from the L at Bedford, 7 minute walk from the G train as well.
