I lived in this apartment for a year and 8 months, and wouldn’t have left it if I wasn’t leaving New York. The rent is way below the average rent in the area. I will only charge the actual rent amount, with utilities. I will also leave WiFi for convenience.
The apartment itself is great. Never had a problem living in it. It has big windows and is so bright during the day. It’s warm even during winter. Never had to turn heating on because it’s always warm. Closet space is more than enough.
The building itself is great too. There is a gym. The doormen are all so nice and welcoming. The building hosts small events for the residents each month.
The neighborhood is the best in Brooklyn. Trader Joe’s and target are only a couple of blocks away. The AC subway line is literally right next to the building.
