The apartment features 2 closets, a dishwasher, full-sized oven, granite countertops, hardwood floors, original wood beams, exposed bring, and 2 9 foot tall windows. The layout is a large rectangle (approx 21x14) with the hall separating the bathroom from living space. The building has a laundry room downstairs (also a 24 hour laundromat across the street), gym, rooftop furnished garden with grills, and a locked package room for deliveries. The neighbors are a great community of professionals and artists. I've lived here for 8 years and finally am moving out after purchasing an apartment. Hoping to find someone who loves this apartment as much as I have!

The location is excellent - 2 blocks from the Graham L and about a 7 minute walk to the G. 15-20 minute walk to McCarren and 2 Citibike docks within 3 blocks. There's a large grocery about 2 blocks away, a wine store across the street as well as an excellent Thai restaurant. This part of Williamsburg has many old Italian spots (Graham aka Via Vespucci). Italian bakeries, butchers, churches and fresh pasta shops nearby. Graham Ave also randomly has parades every so often which is pretty entertaining.

The apartment is available December 15th or sooner. I'm flexible on the move date and can be out by Dec 1st if needed. The sublease is available until June 30th or you can sign a 1 year lease if you'd like. The landlord will require an application and credit check (I've been told this will be between $150-$250). You will take over the lease and everything will be prepped for a new move in (as if you are on a new lease - new paint, walkthrough, etc).
