It's a light-filled 1 br/1ba. "Light-filled" = It is really, truly full of light. Even in the winter. It's on the top floor, with southern exposure windows in the living room and bedroom, and skylights in the kitchen and bathroom.

The view is all trees and brownstones on a residential street. The neighbors are lovely people and it's a quiet building. High ceilings, original crown molding, tall closets. A 5 min walk to the Kingston/Throop C with Citibikes nearby. And the Nostrand A/C is an easy walk if you want to take the express, as is the Nostrand LIRR (easy to get to the beach in the summer.)

There are also Citibikes a few blocks away and you can bike to Prospect Park in ~20 min, but we usually make the pretty, < 10 min walk to Brower Park instead.

There's a really clean, family run laundromat on the corner. A Super FoodTown and a Wholesome Gourmet Market (smaller organic store) are within walking distance. Plus an Asian produce stand on the corner and lots of well-stocked bodegas.

Saraghina, Eugene & Co, Peaches HotHouse, Lovers Rock, Bed-Vyne Brew, Bar LunÀtico (when it reopens), etc are also walkable and neighborhood favorites. + cafes, boutiques, etc.
