flexwalled room -Midtown

The building is located on 42nd & 9, close to subway 1, 2, 3, A, C, E, N, R, Q, W. This is a flex-walled room in a one-bedroom apartment, located on 31st floor., with a beautiful view. Your roommate would be a 30-year-old female professional (in finance/taxation), non-smoking, non-drinking. She is occupying the bedroom and you will be using the spacious flex-walled room (172 sft or 16square meters). The flex-wall was custom made by huge furniture (see picture). You have additionally the walk-in closet all to yourself, and you would share the bathroom with the roommate. Ideally I am looking for someone who would stay from April 1st to July 31st, but can have the place ready by March 1st. You can renew the lease from August and on if you'd like. At that time, you have to sign a new lease with the building management. I am moving out to the west coast so I am looking for someone to stay in for at least two months to cover my cost. You can have it furnished or unfurnished. The rent is 1400/month (without furniture) or 1450/month with furniture. Total rent for this apartment is 3500$/month (roommate pays 2100$/month currently
