Looking for a female roommate to fill the largest room in a 3br/1ba in great neighborhood in UWS. The current roommate is moving out and we are looking for someone to take over her lease. Move in date is flexible. The room is available from March 15 through the end of the lease (August 31, 2020).

The building- elevator in the building! It is located 4 minutes to 1 train at either 103/Broadway and 110 Cathedral Parkway and 10 minutes to B/C.

Grocery store is right on the corner and a bigger store is a few blocks up at 110. There are a number of restaurants and fast food options available within a 5 minute walk.

15 minute walk to Whole Foods and shopping spots like Sephora and TjMaxx. Trader Joes is nearby as well. This is a great location!!

The unit- Recently renovated apartment. In-unit washer and dryer, laundry also available in the basement. Also has a dishwasher.

The room- the largest in the unit and gets plenty of natural light! Bedroom can easily fit a queen size bed, dresser, and nightstand.

Your roommates- Two French girls in their early 20s, both full time students- one in law school and the other in acting school. Looking for a friendly person to fill the remaining spot.
