• Roof access (with a crazy view of Brooklyn/Manhattan) -- ideal for wine nights with pals
• Pets under 25 IBs are totally good
• Light and bright -- wood floors and windows throughout
• Quiet neighbors, great heat in the wintertime
• An incredible, kind, responsive building super who literally carried my couch upstairs for me
• Located in between 6th and 5th Ave -- so close to grocery stores, chic restaurants, awesome bars.
• A ten-minute walk from Prospect Park
