- Pets under 25 IBs are totally good
- Light and bright -- wood floors and windows throughout
- Quiet neighbors, great heat in the wintertime
- An incredible, kind, responsive building super who literally carried my couch upstairs for me
- Located in between 6th and 5th Ave -- so close to grocery stores, chic restaurants, awesome bars.
- A ten-minute walk from Prospect Park
