Our place is close to museums (the MET, Guggenheim), 86th street train station (4/5/6), Whole Foods, Central Park, lots of amazing restaurants and shops, and East River bike path. Our place is great because of the neighborhood, the ambiance, the light, the convenience, air conditioning, cleanliness, and hardwood floors.

You would be taking over our lease starting February 1st.
