Looking for a sublet/lease takeover for my one bedroom, one bath apartment in Bed-Stuy starting March 1st, 2023 (earliest move in Feb 26). Rent is $2,222.85 per month. It's a great space in a newer building - good for one person or a couple. Convenient location in Bed-Stuy’s shopping/restaurant center, on a quiet street, and it’s a quick walk to the Nostrand A/C subway station.

Amenities include dish washer, central air and heat, in-building coin laundry (washer/dryer), common room, gym, rooftop space. I'm open to selling furniture separately for anyone looking for a more furnished space.
