We are looking for someone to take our lease over (we will pay building sublet fees) for our 2 Bedroom 1 Bath apartment in Bushwick on June 1 as I'm being transferred to Los Angeles for my job. The apartment is brand new (we were the first to live here), gets a ton of light and is super modern. It's tucked away into a quiet corner of the building facing the gorgeous courtyard. Both bedrooms have large closets and there is a hall/entry way closet as well. There is a washer/dryer in the apartment as well.
The building has several amenities including a massive rooftop with grills, picnic areas, cabanas, a dog park and mini golf. An indoor pool and several hot tubs, a golf simulator, indoor bowling, a brewery, a parking garage if you need it and more. We've had such a great experience here and spending the summer on the rooftop was a highlight! There is also doorman/package room.
We're located off of the Morgan L stop of the Myrtle/Broadway J/M (closer) in a safe area near bars and restaurants. They are building a Foodtown next door to the apartment as well.
The lease runs through April 2021 and you would have the option to extend.
