Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and private bath in unit. Building has a gym, pool, yoga room, dog play area, and two rooftops.

Commute: 10 mins to Midtown via train, near seven different subway lines. 15 mins drive to LGA and 25 mins to JFK with normal traffic.
