I am moving into an apartment with my partner and am looking for a female roommate to fill my room and take over the lease starting February 1st (or February 15th). It is $970 per month plus gas & electricity. Must be able to SIGN LEASE which goes until October 1, 2018 and requires that you put down February rent, last month's rent & security.

3-floor Apt. building remodeled last year (we are on 2nd floor). Located on Wilson Avenue between Stockholm & Dekalb Avenue. It is just a few blocks from the Dekalb Avenue L Train Stop and the Central Avenue M Stop.

All new appliances . High ceilings & wood floors. Laundry in the basement. Bedrooms have very large windows and built-in closets. Bedroom comfortably fits a queen-size bed. Backyard access if you make friends with the people on the 1st floor!

You will be living with two females in their late 20's. Neither are home very often and the aptartment is most the time calm and quiet.
