This studio has an amazing kitchen and bathroom, great amount of closets, and a great washer and dryer in the room. The lighting is excellent (no need to buy anything extra). And it is very quiet!

The Mercedes House building is fantastic, and arguably the reason to live here. It has the usual luxury features like a doorman, large elevators, laundry, pets, etc. On top of it, literally one of the best gyms in the city - Mercedes Club. It has an indoor lap pool, and an outdoor swimming pool in the summer, and about 70 classes a week from really incredible instructors (like Jackie Atkins, a National Golden Glove Champion, two time Ringside World Boxing Champion, and a New Jersey Boxing Hall of Famer as Coach of the year). It’s also only a block away from the Hudson River Park, which is awesome to walk along and they have a bunch of great restaurants and outdoor movies when the weather is warm.

This studio is one of the cheapest in the entire building (in fact it is $300 cheaper in gross rent than the other studios that have been on the website now and over the past few months) so it’s one of the most affordable ways to live in one of the best buildings in the city. It also has one of the most private views of the Mercedes House, so people won’t watch you living your life - if that’s a thing you care about. I never would have moved out if I wasn’t moving in with my partner!
