This apartment is a rare find. It's newly renovated (we were the first tenants to live post-reno) and it is *huge*. It's a duplex, so you have tons of living space. The bedrooms are both upstairs and do not share a wall. They each easily fit a queen bed and a dresser, and the larger bedroom will also fit more furniture like a full home office setup (we had a large Ikea standing desk and an electronic keyboard/piano. The bathroom is big and clean with tons of storage space. Downstairs there is a huge living area to make your own - we've used it as a combo office/music studio/living room (there's that much room). Right outside the living room, you have easy access to the laundry in the building.
