We are looking for someone to take over our lease at the beginning of October for a one-bedroom apartment, third floor walk-up, in the Lower East Side. DOG-FRIENDLY! This is one of the few apartment buildings in the area that has a dog-friendly policy with no particular weight restriction. Since this is a lease takeover, there is no brokers fee but a fee of $780 to process the takeover. (Or, you can start a new 1-year lease with the management company.)
