This is a beautiful, amenity-rich building (gym, office space, basketball court, etc.)! Right next to the Greenpoint ferry station and surrounded by amazing restaurants/bars, plus a short walk over to Williamsburg.

Details:

- Start date: September 1, 2022 (flexible; can be earlier/later)

- End date: May 4th, 2023 (management confirmed there is the option to renew if interested) 

- Furnished Option: if interested, we can discuss the option to rent partially or fully furnished
