The building has an elevator, gym and washer/dryer room. Located is on 47th street between 2nd and 3rd Avenue - the area is very close to Midtown and there are a lot of great restaurants, groceries shops and bars close by.

The apartment is very clean, will come with the usually amenities, but also will include a wall mounted flat screen TV. the apartment is a two bedroom flex with a pressurized wall, we would be more than happy to leave this behind if you'd like (they are no longer allowed in this building, but this one was grandfathered in by the Super before that changed occurred). Conversely, we would also be happy to have this wall removed if preferred.

There is NO BROKER FEE; however, there is a application fee ($150) and a building fee for the amenities ($250, only paid upon move in). Two months rent will be required from the landlord as a security deposit as well.
