Our family is outgrowing an amazing apartment and have to break our lease. The apartment is an amazing rent-stabilized 'Junior 4' with:
- A massive master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and huge walk-in closet
- A large living room that fits an over-sized couch, dining table for 4, and (as you can see from the photo) tons of kids toys
- A dining room elegantly converted into a second bedroom (nursery for us), with large pocket doors that can make it an extension of the living room
- A high-performance kitchen with stainless steel appliances
- Powder room off the living room
- Extra high ceilings (the 18th floor has higher ceilings than all other floors other than the penthouse)
- Laundry room on the floor
- One flight up to common roof deck with 3 grills, tons of seating, and amazing sunsets and views

Our lease also includes a large storage unit, space in the building's bike room, and 2 gym passes (the gym in the building is excellent and has a full pool).

The building is in an ideal location: walk out the door directly onto the Hudson River Park, 2 blocks to Whole Foods, a 24-hour bodega around the corner, and a short walk into Tribeca.

We also cannot say enough how much we love the building: it is exceptionally well-run, the doormen are awesome and friendly, everyone is really responsive, and there are so many other perks, like the ability to rent spaces in the building for parties.

Our lease runs through September 6, 2018, but the tenant will have the option to renew.
