Pet friendly! 1 N 4th place opened it's doors in 2015. This apartment features gorgeous views of the East River, Manhattan and the Williamsburg Bridge. We love the brand new chef's kitchen, in unit washer dryer, shared terrace and pool on the same floor. We would offer a discount on the rent but we will have to pay an additional $300 on top of our rent. This rate does include access to the gym and pool.
