Looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease, which ends 7/14 (flexible on end date), and can be renewed for a new term after that.

It is a beautiful studio with a huge walk-in closet, brand new kitchen with a large island and waterfall countertop, gas range, and 12 foot ceilings. Laundry on the same floor, and cards can be re-filled via credit card (no quarters!).
