Sadly we are relocating abroad and must leave our perfect 45th floor alcove studio in the sky. The apartment has lots of storage space (4 closets!), 11ft ceilings, hardwood floors throughout, stainless steel appliances, and full modern kitchen.

Floor to ceiling windows face west with expansive Hudson river views, lots of light, and sunsets. Climate control, LG dishwasher, in-unit Bosch washer and dryer, and wired for Verizon and TimeWarner.

The building is very pet friendly. A 24/7 doormen is available to assist you with packages. There is a free weekday shuttle bus to bring you into central Midtown and to subways. The building hosts a full gym with daily classes, pool, and roof deck for an optional fee, which is much lower than most gyms in NYC - a great deal.

The building is near the heart of Hells Kitchen and less than a block from the Hudson River Park and the beautiful waterfront biking and running paths. On the ground floor of the building, there is a Think Coffee, dry cleaner, grocery, and pet care - everything is at your fingertips. The dining scene in Hells Kitchen is very active, with exceptional meals only a few minutes walk away. The nearest subway stop is the brand new Hudson Yards station, but the free weekday shuttle takes you to any of the other lines in central midtown. And at the end of the day, you still get to escape up to a sunset view at your home in the sky!
