I've lived in BK for 11 years in this apartment and have moved up the street from Park Slope to Crown Heights with my husband. I'm looking for a trustworthy, respectful tenant who will enjoy living in my apartment, and one of the most convenient Brooklyn neighborhoods, as much as I have over the past several years. Here are the specs:

Costs:
$2600/mo rent (minimum lease term = 12 months)
Upfront, I'll collect first month's rent along with a security deposit (equivalent to one month's rent)
NO BROKER FEE

Rental fee includes COOP maintenance fees, garbage, heat, and water, but you'll be responsible for utilities (gas and electricity ~$100/mo) and WiFi/Cable if desired.

~550 sq ft. separate kitchen, separate living room, separate bedroom, full bathroom

Great natural light from large south facing windows
NO PETS

*The building is COOP run, so a simple board approval will be required prior to any final agreement.
