Room for rent available starting July 1st in a large, sunny apartment in Harlem (152nd and St Nicholas)!

Rent is $1500 per month including utilities (wifi and electric). I am moving out on June 17th and have paid for the month so you could even move in early. Move-out dates are flexible - there is an option to sign for a full year or go month-to-month with my room mate, Kyle, who is taking over the lease.

The room available is the largest, nicest room in the apartment. It has a large closet and big windows. I will also be selling my AC unit and other furniture, if you are interested.

The apartment is very pet friendly (dogs and cats). I have lived here for two years with my cat and dog and have loved it. Kyle has a very sweet ginger tom cat named Bruce and would love to have someone with animals move in (a dog and/or cat would be a huge plus for him). There are lots of other dogs in the building and we share dog care and walking duties with each other.

The apartment building has washers and dryers in the basement, an interior courtyard, and a super who is great. It is located 10 minutes from the ACDB subway station at 145th and 15 minutes from the 1 train at 157th. There are lots of great parks around here too (Riverside, Fort Washington, Jackie Robinson, St Nicholas Park, Highbridge Park) and there are plenty of nice running and biking paths that I use regularly. There are good restaurants, cafes, bars, etc. all within walking distance.

The apartment is a three bedroom, 1 bath apartment with a large kitchen and living room and high ceilings and large windows, which you can see in the pictures.
