I am subletting my apartment for one year, lease ending 7/31/2019. I have lived here for 6 years and love the space, the location, and the super, but am moving in with my boyfriend in Brooklyn.

The 575 sqft studio is on the fourth floor of an elevator building. It is at the end of the hallway and takes up the entire side of the building, making it large enough to fit a full living room set, a queen bed with two dressers, and a kitchen table with room to spare, not to mention great storage space. The kitchen is newly renovated with stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher! Laundry is on the first floor with large machines and our super lives in the building.

With Gramercy and EastVillage to the south, Murray Hill to the north, and Flatiron to the west, the building is in the midst of great restaurants, nightlife and a short walk to Madison Square Park. The 6, R, W, (N on weekends) trains are a short hop away.

The apartment is available 8/1, but I am available to move earlier if you would like to move in July.
