Great location off the 96th express stop! 5 mins from Central Park and riverside park. Around the corner from Whole Foods. Wash & fold laundry is next door. Cute unit with wood floors throughout. Second bedroom is small, perfect for nursery or office. First floor unit is great for strollers (and this great price is usually what you see for a 5th floor walk up) we are sad to leave but need to break our lease! Our loss is your gain.
