Our great 1BR / 1BA apartment. This building is an old catholic school that was renovated into luxury apartments, and we were the first tenants in our unit. It's in an awesome location, right on the border of Williamsburg & Greenpoint. It's a short walk to the Graham Ave L subway (8min), as well as the Nassau Ave G subway (13min).

Rent is $3000/month, including water & gas (you'll pay for electric).

My girlfriend & I have loved living here for the past 18mos, but unfortunately we now need to move for work. The building has ridiculous amenities (check out the pictures) and the management has been great during our stay. We purchased a lot of furniture that fits the apartment, so you'll get to benefit from many of the pieces that we're willing to leave behind.
