I'm relocating to the West Coast, and looking for someone to move into my wonderful 1 bedroom on March 1, 2019. You have the option to take over my current lease for six months (until August 31, 2019) or sign a new 12 to 15 month lease (building will offer incentives for longer leases).

THE APARTMENT: 1 bedroom, 1 bath-- great for a couple or a single person. Living room fits a large sectional and desk, bedroom fits a queen size bed and a dresser. Ample closet space, hardwood floors, great lighting with floor to ceiling windows, and a balcony that looks out on a peaceful courtyard. Dishwasher in kitchen, shared laundry down the hall, on every floor.

THE BUILDING: The apartment is on the fourth floor of a very nice luxury apartment building called The Dean (https://www.thedeanbk.com/). There's a doorman, elevators, beautiful rooftop deck (see pics), lounge, free bike parking, on-site garage and gym. Pet friendly.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Right on the border of Prospect Heights and Crown Heights-- a vibrant neighborhood with easy access to the city. There are dozens of fun bars and restaurants within a couple of blocks, plenty of hip cafes, and quite a few bodegas and grocery stores (including a higher-end grocery store that's opening up on the ground floor of the building in March). Franklin Ave. A/C is a 5 minute walk way, Franklin Ave. 2/3/4/5 is about 8 minutes. Takes less than 20 minutes to get into Manhattan by train.

TERMS: Move in March 1, 2019, with options to sign a 12 or 15 month lease, or take over my existing lease until September.
