I am relocating to a new job so I am looking for someone to take over an apartment in a prime luxury building in Midtown East (The Anthem Apartments). My lease extends until January but I am moving out at the end of October. This would be a lease renewal for a year (signed directly with the landlord).

The area is a great place to live and this alcove studio has a very large walk-in closet. There is a large gym run by Crunch in the Anthem apartments, offered at a discounted rate of $70 per month (in addition to a Crunch downstairs), a rooftop with sweeping city views and large garden that wraps around the whole rooftop. There's breakfast served every week day: bagels, coffee, tea, and muffins in the rec room which has a fireplace, a bar, and pool table.

The apartment is relatively new since the Anthem constructed the apartments in 2003. The ceilings are high and the wood floors are beautiful. Every time we submitted an issue, maintenance would be there within a few hours to fix it. Doormen always help you with your bags, package service is great, there is an on-site concierge and the building is always sparkling clean. The residents of the building are also very thoughtful and considerate.
