My next lease overlaps with my current one, so I'm looking for someone to take over this large and sunny unfurnished room in the heart of Park Slope for what will end up being basically a ~13 month lease, from mid-May 2018 through June 2019. The apartment is the entire floor of a building, which means it's really spacious and there are windows on three sides of the unit. It's across the street from a charming community garden, steps away from the Union Street R stop, and one block from a grocery store, wine store, and laundromat. It's also in the sweet spot of being officially in Park Slope but right on the edge of Gowanus. Some of my favorite places in the vicinity include Strong Rope Brewing, the Sunday farmers market at Washington Park, 200 5th sports bar for a million tvs and a surprisingly delicious veggie burger, and of course easy access to Prospect Park for runs and Smorgasburg adventures.

You'll be living with two 20-something females who keep the place tidy and clean. Females only, pretty please. The landlords -- a husband and wife; very friendly and responsive -- will want to meet you before you officially sign on, and will do the usual vetting (credit check; a letter of employment or other proof of being able to pay rent).
