$2950 / month. April is free so if someone takes the lease over on Nov 1 through original end date (July 31 2018), net effective rent would be closer to $2600. Landlord willing to consider either (i) the new tenant subleasing through the original end date OR (ii) starting a new 1-year lease. $100 application fee.
