The apartment is VERY spacious for New York, views of Manhattan, is a true 1bedroom, 3 double closets, central aircon/heating (not one of those in-wall units!), dishwasher/microwave, 24hr doorman, elevator, quiet neighbors I never hear, gym in building, laundry in building, roof top with grills for BBQs, pool, huge Gristedes over the road....what more could you want! Roosevelt Island is very peaceful too, and I've loved having a quiet place to call home away from the bustling city.

Rent is $2509, excluding heat/elec, which usually doesn't go about $50 as the heater/AC units can be set to come on only when needed. Please feel free to contact me to view the apartment.
