I'm relocating to the west coast for my job so we have to exit our lease early (it ends at the end of August). It's a spacious one- (right now comfortably converted into two-) bedroom. Great building with 24-hour doormen, gym, lounge, sundeck, valet service, dishwasher, and free yoga and core classes 5 days a week. Close to 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, A, C, J, R, W, Z trains. A stone's throw away from the stock exchange and within walking distance to Fulton Center, WTC, and South Street Seaport. Monthly rent is $3945, with two weeks free, which will be applied as a credit ($1781.61) in August and monthly rent averages out to $3540 over 7 months. You'll have great flexibility since it's only a 7-month lease, after which you can choose to renew or move out of the building.

Right now we have a pressurized wall set up but it will be removed by the time you move in. You can then be free to construct any partition you'd like, so long as it abides by building policy. I'm generally free to show people the apartment in the next couple of weeks. If you'd like to take any of our furniture, that can be arranged as well.
