This apartment is a very large and sunny one bedroom in the center of Crown Heights. It's located on the third floor of this quiet and friendly pre-war walk-up building.

I have lived here for six years and will truly miss this quiet and cozy space. There are south-facing windows in every room (kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom), meaning the space is always bright. The neighbors on both sides are both quiet and friendly. We paid for a company to come and seal all holes in the apartments to pest-proof it, meaning there will be no unwelcome critters.

This space has an insane amount of storage, both in closets and above closets and shelving.

It's a seven minute walk away from the Kingston-Throop C stop. There is a large laundromat less than one block from the apartment. There is a large Superfoodtown grocery store less than a ten-minute walk away. The building is pet-friendly.
