Quiet (elderly) neighbors on either side.
Fios cable / internet ($60 each/month)
Lots of soft-close cabinetry in the kitchen

Large, modern laundry room in the building (20 washers $2.75 and 12 dryers &1.25 each 15 minutes)

You:
Rarely cook
Don’t smoke
Are clean and tidy (don’t leave dishes in the sink), quiet, respectful, and communicative
Have at least a 720 credit score. (Management is not flexible on this.)
Make at least $75,000/year to qualify. ($1,950 deposit plus $75 application fee)
Are an independent, busy, (possibly introverted) professional or graduate student
Can take over my lease through March 31st.

If you think this apartment is as perfect for you (as it has been for me,) tell me about yourself: schedule, lifestyle, personality, pet peeves, future plans; the more the better. Include a link to social media if you have it: facebook, instagram, etc.

Sorry, no couples. Place is available to view October 6–7th for Nov 1 move-in. (Management takes about 3 weeks to approve a new applicant.) Read more about Waterside Plaza here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Waterside_Plaza
