The apartment is in the heart of the East Village on Avenue A. The location is unbeatable. The space is huge for a 1BR with three big closets (a massive closet in the bedroom, a coat closet by entrance, and a pantry closet in the kitchen with a bar to hang pots and pans).

The apartment has big windows and gets a ton of light. For scale, the bed in the bedroom is a king.

It's a 13-month lease so that would be either 3/15/18 - 4/30/19 or 3/31/18-4/30/19, depending on your preference. Heat and Hot Water is included, the landlord has been great (put in a brand new stove right after we moved in).

Furniture not included, but happy to work out a deal for them if interested.
