I am renting out my large bedroom in my apartment in Murray Hill! Excellent location, just a couple blocks from the train station.

You would be staying in the large bedroom. My bedroom is huge for NYC, lots of space to store luggage, etc. There is one mini bedroom which may be rented out to one other guest during your stay (You can request to have the whole apartment to yourself at a higher rate, just ask me!). You will have access to the kitchen and all my kitchenware, fridge, etc. All my appliances are modern :) There is one bathroom. The nearest laundry mat is just two blocks away.

My neighborhood is awesome and filled with many professionals and young professionals alike. Super safe and perfect for commuting.
