The apartment is newly renovated & all new appliances. Very spacious kitchen with granite countertops and lots of space.

Management is fantastic in the building. They fix things and respond to your questions promptly, and are very flexible and reasonable. The super lives in the building.

-Someone who can take over the lease (must have a guarantor or good credit!)

Located off Myrtle-Wyckoff, near the L/M. Four bars a block away from the apartment, as well as Lucy's (some of the best Pho I've ever had) and a plethora of venues & bars within walking distance in the heart of the Bushwick DIY community. Also, best tacos. Period.

Bushwick is the center of most of the nightlife in NYC worth going to. If you are an ARTIST you will love this neighborhood. Bars in the area include Lot 45, Pizza Party, Talon Bar, Boobie Trap, Alphaville, Skytown. Home of the DIY art and music scene in Brooklyn.
