I am looking to sell my furnishings so the place can come furnished. 1 bedroom has queen size bed, 2nd bedroom off the kitchen has a full-size bed. I can send a list of items available as well as kitchen utensils and more!

Hello! I am moving out of my 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of LES and looking for someone to take over the lease. A great apartment for roommates or a couple. I did have the place all to myself in the past and it was lovely as I made the second bedroom into a living room with a pullout couch for guests. The apartment is beautiful & very spacious for downtown. The bedrooms are very large w/ 2 big windows w/ a great view. You can see the Empire State Building which is nice at night all lit up. A new yoga studio opened up below my building too. The apartment can come fully furnished (items being sold) and the bedrooms you have comfy beds, storage, workspace and more. The living room has a comfy couch that pulls out to queen bed from Macy*s with a new grey couch cover, a Parisian style bistro dining set in real Italian marble with black bench and matching chairs from Crate & Barrel, and a bookcase newly bought from Target. A spacious kitchen that has all the cooking utensils you would need (for sale), it is a fully stock kitchen. It is a great place to call home and a rare gem in LES :)

3rd Floor, no elevator. Small apartment building. Only 9 apartments in the building, one being landlord's who is rarely there. Very safe, secure apartment building. I like that is small. The landlord has owned it in his family for years. He does have a management company to help with things. It is a pre-war tenement building like many LES apartments. I go to Zip laundry 2 blocks on Stanton that is super clean and has wifi. They do drop off & pick up as well plus dry cleaning.
