My wife and I are leaving for the suburbs and need to assign our lease to somebody else. This apartment is truly ridiculously cool. The lease would run until Feb 2019.

The unique thing is the amazing private terrace. It's private just to us, and it's a full 80 feet wide and 10 feet deep. So that's an extra 800 square feet on top of the 1100 in the apartment.

We have in-unit washer/dryer. The building was completed in 2011 so it's very new. Across the street from Whole Foods.
