The apartment has a view of the East River and is on a high floor. It is a one bed-room flex-two with a wall that is 6 inches from the ceiling. The rooms are very large and the apartment just was repainted, go new floors and all new appliances. It has a lot of natural light and we have been happy with our experience over the past two years, but our circumstances have changed. The building is filled with wonderful tenants with the added bonus of having a doorman.
