The apartment is a great studio that can comfortably fit a full bed, a couch, and desk. It is a ten minute walk away from the Utica Ave A/C line with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Bushwick is steps away and Williamsburg is a short bus ride north on the select bus service. Water, heat, and electric are included in the rent. There is a grocery store around the corner with a laundromat one block down. There is also a deli at the end of the block facing east.
