Hello! This is a 2 bed 1 bath on Franklin street in Greenpoint. It’s such a great apt and neighborhood. Very quiet/cool area in northern Brooklyn. Close to the water. There are only 6 units in the building. The mgmt company is great to work with. We love the apt and area but have to unexpectedly move. The building has a shared backyard too. Washer/dryer and dishwasher in unit. Big master bedroom with room for a king bed. Pets are allowed. No broker fee just a security deposit of one month would be required. Building also has Bluetooth system called Latch for getting in and out of the building and the apt. I believe it was also redone a few years ago so it’s all new floors/appliances and things like that.
