Hello! I have to move to California because of my job at the end of this month, so i'm looking for someone to break my lease. Since I’m trying to get this rented ASAP, if you apply this week I’ll also throw in an extra $600 as an incentive, contingent upon being approved and signing the lease.

Laundromat 30 sec right around the corner, 10 minute walk from 7 station and just a couple minutes away from Main Street! Neighbors are quiet as well. I also recently bought a new desk, table, and bed frame(all less than a month old) which I will be leaving behind if you'd like to keep them.
