What do you love about this place?
First of all, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! There are no shortage of amazing restaurants, bars and shopping nearby. Great concert halls, bowling, movie theaters, etc. The building is one block from McCarren Park, which hosts a great farmers market every Saturday.

The apartment is on the top floor of the building and we only share one wall with a neighbor. The apt gets GREAT natural light from morning to night, and it's quiet as it faces the courtyard.

Washer and dryer are in-unit, as well as dishwasher. Hardwood floor means it's easy to keep clean. Heating and AirCon work perfectly to keep the apt at the desired temps. 24/7 Building Concierge will deliver packages to the apartment and welcome any visitors with a smile!

Apartment comes FURNISHED with a KING bed, living room furniture, kitchen and cooking supplies.

What isn’t so great about this place?
The L gets crowded on weekdays. Other than that, seriously NO complaints.
