I live in a 2 Bed / 1 Bath apartment in Riverton Square in Harlem. It is a fully renovated, rent stabilized unit. The rent has not gone up in 3 years. I just renewed my lease on 9/17 for 12 months. However, I have closed on a co-op on and I need to move. It's a very nice apartment that is spacious and very clean. All the closets have California Closet systems installed. I'm looking for someone to be assigned the lease. You must have decent credit and income, as the rental office will run your credit and verify employment to approve you for the lease. I lucked up when I got this unit. There are no other renovated, rent stabilized units in the complex. The normal cost for a 2 bed / 1 Bath in the complex is $2450, or at least that was the price when I signed my first least in 2015, it may have gone up.

There is no broker fee. The only requirement is to pay me the security deposit, which will be given back to you at the end of the lease by the management company.

This apartment create for a couple, roommates, or even a single person like myself. You cannot beat the rent. I will be happy to arrange a time to show it. Serious inquiries only.
