1 room for rent starting June 1. You would be signing onto a yearlong lease. We just had someone fall through, so we’re looking for a person asap. To qualify, you would earn 40x the rent, have a good credit score, have employment history that you can demonstrate or have a guarantor that makes 80x the rent.  

The apartment is located on Riverside Drive in Hamilton Heights. It is in a pre-war building with beautiful views of the Hudson River from the living room. The cost is $1400 a month, not including utilities. Utilities cost around $70-$100 a month, depending on the season and use of electricity. The rent will likely increase by August. Women preferred, 24+ old, tidy folks please.
