This is a beautiful studio sized one bedroom apartment. Bedroom door is super handy, as it allows you to have people staying for privacy. We have loved our time in this apartment, but are and sadly leaving NYC and ending our lease.

This is cat and dog friendly apartment, any animals, of any size are welcome! There are tonnes of other dogs on the block, and it's a really friendly neighborhood! John Jay park is just across the road with a public swimming pool and a an outdoor gym and playground for kids! Carl Schurz park (perfect if you have a dog, there are small and big dog runs!) is just a ten minute walk - and the FDR is just across the road too which is great for walks/running!

Laundry on the block - about 1min walk, coin operated, with washing and dryer machines.

Apartment is on the third floor - you face a courtyard, which makes the apartment really nice and quiet - like a little sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle!

To make it even easier, all utilities are included - just need to pay for internet (approx $45month). If you like cooking, there is a gas stove, and oven too.

Super easy neighborhood to walk around, you're about 10mins from Q and 6, and 2 mins from the cross town bus.

Apartment comes unfurnished, and you would sign for a 12 month lease before the 15th of Nov. First month and a security payment is required.
