This spacious and well-lit apartment is up for sublet from January through June 2023, with option to renew. With windows in every room, this spot was gut-renovated before we moved in this February, so you'll have new appliances that include a dishwasher, gas stove, and washer/dryer. The space also has central AC/heat, floorboard heating, and heated floors in the kitchen and bathroom. The landlord is local and helpful when needed; there is only one other unit in the building, and the neighbors are super kind as well. 

We'll miss this place dearly! It's in our favorite neighborhood -- Williamsburg, but a bit east of the main streets so that it's not too hectic. 2 blocks from the Graham L, it's just 15 minutes to Manhattan, with a grocery store one block away, great restaurants all around, multiple parks, and the best coffee shops.

Utilities are an estimated $200/month (including WiFi), though may vary in the winter. We're asking for a security deposit as well, which is one month's rent. Subletter(s) must make 40x rent and have a 700+ credit score. Sadly, no pets are allowed.
