Bright, and spacious 1 bedroom apartment in Bushwick, Brooklyn close to L and J trains. Very warm (heater is great) and 2 flights of stairs.
Dining table with bar stools can sit 4 people. There is a Laundry Mat right on the corner. Tons of Delis around the area including Organic ones. It a 30 minute ride to Manhattan on L train. No loud parties allowed. There is a futon in living room in case someone needs to sleep there. The place has a beautiful energy and love as it is our home.

The space
The plants will be all set up in hallway outside for neighbor to water so no need to worry about that. One large closet in the bedroom will be empty for guests to use while they stay. There is no microwave, but there is a toaster, coffee machine, water boiler, Nespresso machine and very large refrigerator.
